Horrible company. They invoice and then will charge a late fee when you are not late. I pay to them but it takes 2 days to clear my bank but they have authorization from my bank. They will charge a late fee. Then it is difficult to use web page. When I call for reservation help they tell me of an outstanding charge that we have never been billed for. Very dishonest compsny. We are older and don't... Read more ›Was this review helpful? 1 0 openpops1
Conned into buying points for a timeshare experience. Could never use them up to 6 months out or at the locations promised. This timeshare predator should be closed as it operates fraudulently. Then they want to sell you more points for non-existent availability. Do not do business with these predators.
When I wanted to reserve a room for a week two months ahead, I asked them if I can reserve it but pay when I get there. They said “absolutely, you will only be charged when you show up”. They said they needed my card information to make the reservation, and took the money out of my account right away, on a Sunday. When I called on Monday to ask them for my money back, they said they reversed the... Read more ›Was this review helpful? 0 0 igirigan
booked a wk thru RCI at Barefoot /Old town Jan 2015, i called t& confirmed AM before we drove to Orlando. Arrived @ 10:30 pm, they had no room for us, they "over booked." They sent us a substandard resort, Orbitz One, - this resort is now owned by Diamond Resorts & it is horrible. People are nice but did absolutely nothing to help us. You can't even sit on the furniture in the living... Read more ›Was this review helpful? 0 0 by anonymous

I received an email last week advising me of repairs at the property I had booked in January. The repairs are for the sea wall along the river the property fronts. This property has boats for use by people that are staying there, for a nominal fee. I go to this property, with a friend, for one thing, to fish. I called the property this week and was told no boats would/could be available until... Read more ›Was this review helpful? 2 1 by anonymous
As a current owner with Rci I just want to post that I have had the worst experience ever we just booked a cruise through them and it was the biggest mistake ever. First of all it is a hassle having to call them every single time trying to do an upgrade because carnival can not make any changes without them giving an ok or just with questions in general. I'm not very happy with the deal that we... Read more ›Was this review helpful? 2 1 by anonymous
My husband and I used a percentage of our points to book a hotel room. There is a lowest price guarantee on the room I reserved through rci. I found a better room at a cheaper rate and they are refusing to honor the money back guarantee. I will never book a room thorough rci again.
We will no longer renew our membership with RCI. No matter how far in advance you deposit your weeks, (using a high demand, high season resort) the trading power RCI assigns won't offer you much trading choice. You have the option of depositing additional weeks and combining, but all at an increased cost to you (the customer). This is an unethical way to do business and consumer treatment. In...
