Paid for Cruise and Resort. Booked cruise, sailed, fine.

Booked resort, and on way to resort called to let them know we would be late getting in. Was told we had booked a house boat and there was a $585 charge for orientation, fuel, etc. Called RCI, said they couldn't do anything for us. 3 hours on phone with them, even talked with a Supervisor, no change.

Finally, the Houseboat manager called RCI. Then they found us a resort that was not a Houseboat, which was 2 more hours down the beach. Arrived at out resort at midnight. Beautiful resort (Las Olas Beach Club).

I would recommend this Beach Club to anyone. But beware of booking or buying from RCI when you get a call saying they have a special rate for you since you are a valued resort owner.

How could you say that you didn't know anything about the orientation fee when you book a resort to RCI they give you confirmation that it's all listed on the confirmation you can also pull it up yourself people do make mistakes so the representative my have not told you about fees but the confirmation would've showed it
