I just spent 2 hours on the RCI website trying to find some accommodations for August 2019 for two family members. I tried with and without filters and as I maneuvered through the website, I ended up in one big continuous loop time and time again.
This is not my first time; I have been a member for over 20 years. It has gotten so bad, my wife and I would rather not to even deal with it. It is one huge frustration. It is so mush earlier and user-friendly to simply use Booking.com or a host of other sites to find accommodations.
When I went to the chat room, the RCI representative didn't help me, only suggested I download Google Chrome and start over. No thanks!
