I have contacted Jose Luis Rodriguez and others at Krystal Vallarta for the last six months to show them by Federal Reserve statements that the maintenance fees have been paid to their designated contractor. An error was made by their contractor (check was read incorrectly shorting themselves $200).
We initiated the correction through our financial institution which paid the $200 and recorded through the Federal Reserve document mentioned above.
They claim they can not find the money so they won't credit my account. I have many correspondences and the Federal Reserve documents that proves the payments were paid.
Please help me solve this issue by providing an outside contact.
