We were at the Coconut Malorie in Ocean City, Maryland the week of April 28th to May 5. We were not informed of the problem ie:no working AC at check-in and our room was 80 degrees.
It was never fixed. Our complaint was recorded is their daily log. I have called the Hotel three times, asked to speak to the manager but he is "in a meeting/not available at this time".
The manager shows no respect for guests by not following up and returning calls . This is totally unacceptable and any guest that weekend should be compensated no questions asked.
