Latest one....CS will not transfer to a supervisor - he (Armando) hasn't hang up on me yet - I have him on speaker phone - waited for over 2 hrs....Still waiting.....
In Oct 2017 - They tried to rip me off $1500 - got it resolved in Jan 2018.
In March 2018 - When abroad, the booked me for a tour in Feb 2018!!!!
In April the charge the wrong amount again.
What type of services are these people providing??
We pay for this and the services aren't free.
We have given them ample time, before exposing them to social media.
Maybe now they will get their act together!!!
