On phone for extended time with limited results. Customer service rep seemed incompetent.
Incapable of even spelling Yellowstone. Then asked if I wanted a hotel in the town I live in. Strongly suggest Wyndham improve customer service or quit using RCI as a selling point for timeshare sales. I believe it is deceitful to claim flexibility and ease of use.
Buyer beware, you would be much better off without RCI and book without Wyndham. At the end of the customer service call, Iwas not sure if I had just dealt with a foreign scam or if this was truly an RCI representative.
I could not be more disappointed with RCI membership services. Wyndham needs to improve services or risk loosing members.
