Following my July 2015 stay at the Worldmark facility in LasVegas and allowing myself to be convinced to upgrade my timeshare I have not received assistance in clarifying some details of the transaction. The Representive who assisted me now ignores my calls and have recently blocked me from emailing her.
I now feel that the information given was all a front to get me to purchase more units. Also you can never get reservations when desired and have to go on a wait list that may or may not happen.
Worldmark only reserves a small amount for its members and schedule the remainder for the public customers. I am really disappointed and will probably sell my timeshare in the near future as the maintenance fees are too high.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
